Clean Water Products CWP 100 Patented Reverse Osmosis Unit

The CWP 100 produces 3000 to 4000 gallons per day depending on the quality of feed water. The CWP 100 is built with a female plug receptacle in the back designed to work in conjunction with a float switch. The machine then controls the  filling of a purified water tank.

The unit can be either built to operate using  110 or 220 volts. The CWP 100 RO system uses a 3/4 horsepower pump to push water through a 4" by 40" RO membrane at 160 PSI. This unit removes hardness, salinity sulphates, iron, bacteria, viruses, arsenic and other undesirable water pollutants and carries them out with the reject water.

The only maintenance is the replacement of a standard 10" slim 5-micron sediment filter ($5) and a 20" 5-micron filter ($9.50), every four to six months. These are standard items and available nationwide from any major vendor of water purification supplies. You can order from Clean Water Products.

This unit is excellent for most any water purification application. Depending on the quality of the water that is fed into it, a slowsand filter pre-treatment may be required. This will allow the treatment of virtually any type of water.

The CWP 400 is one of the larger units in a line of systems developed by  C. Brent Cluff, PhD, and produces water at the rate of 8,000 to 10,000 gallons per day. This machine could be use to:

Clean Water Products CWP 800 Reverse Osmosis Unit

The Clean Water Products CWP 800 is a unique, patented Reverse Osmosis System. This system, invented by hydrologist C. Brent Cluff, PhD, produces water at the rate of 16,000 to 20,000 gallons per day depending on the quality of the incoming water. The CWP 800 makes enough water for 30 family homes.

This machine features a 3 hp pump that pushes the water through 8 (ea) 4" x 40" RO membranes located in the white housings. With a full complement of flow meters and pressure gauges, this unit rolls easily to any site, wellhead or domestic water, for the bulk production of purified water.

In a normal configuration, the CWP 800 works as a slave via a float switch to keep a large storage tank filled up. The CWP 800 comes with dual "big blue" prefilters, which can be fitted with both sediment and activated charcoal filters, depending on the water feeding it.

Clean Water Products CWP 2104 Reverse Osmosis Unit

The CWP 2104 model is one of the larger reverse osmosis water purification units developed and patented by hydrologist Dr. C. Brent Cluff, retired  hydrologist  from the University of Arizona. This unit produces bottle quality water at a rate of 42,000 to 50,000 gallons per day depending upon the condition of the incoming water. This unit is ideal to produce pure water for a bottled water company, subdivision, trailer park or farm. A CWP2104 has enough capacity to operate a 10 acre truck farm.  Two CWP2104 are providing up to 100,000 gallons per day for the Desert Diamond Casino in Tucson.

The CWP 2104 is 132 inches long, 30" wide and 46" tall. The powder coated steel frame is mounted on rubber wheels for easy loading and unloading. It has 2 (ea) 4" x 20" five-micron sediment pre-filters that the feed water passes through prior to the RO. A 7.5 hp, 220 volt, single phase motor pressurizes the water to 160 PSI and pushes it through 21 (ea) 4" x 40" reverse osmosis membranes. It also has seven 3-element, long fiberglass housings rated at 300 psi and 3 washing valves so each stage can be washed independently.
